there are 3 types of servers: pay2win, pay2play and pay2spend-less-time, if you need everything in game or at least alternative ways of getting everything ingame but not to donate, i think youre looking for a third one.
well, i am currently working on that project so it will surely sound like im advertising it myself but still, im just respoding a request, so what do we offer in a cash shop:
Sealing scrolls - or you can farm similar items and awaken them massively, thats not that much to do.
Philosopher's scrolls - actually useless since everything to identify most of items you can farm or buy yourself in NPC, so consider its for the most lazy ones :P
Joker card - still you can get it in game.
Creature evolution scroll - just a comfortable item that surely has alternative in NPC.
MC pass scroll - you can either buy it or surely complete questline yourself.
Powerful scroll of creature taming - well, you can still buy tpros, creature cards and etc in game and upgrade your taming skill.
Special HP/MP potions: you can get them by farming repeatable instant Circus quest and opening boxes.
Unlimited bag - well, for faster farm, consumes less time by return to city and auto sell all the loot less frequently.
Character name change - lol...
Homonculus heart - still you can handle more than 1 character if you need another race.
Firefly's jetpack: nothing imbalanced and OP, gives same stats that other wings do, consider a red pants.
Skill cards random boxes: still you can craft skill card yourself, +1 card boxes placed to ingame markets.
Deco cloaks: just a deco, still the same as ursa black cloaks are by stats.
