Navicat GM rechte.

Mein problem ist , dass ich jemand anderes zu einem gm machen möchte.Nur bei mir selber hats geklappt
Das Problem taucht beim 2. code auf



INSERT INTO `iptocountry` VALUES ('192.168.5.1', '192.168.5.255', 'localhost');
INSERT INTO `admin` VALUES ('0', 'rain', '12345');


ich weiß nicht was ich bei iptocountry,localhost und admin eingeben soll.
ICh bitte um Hilfe
