Knockdown Skill bug

Hello everyone.
Today i have a problem whit a skill, but i never had seen this. the skill is of the Knockback series These to be exact:

My problem is When i use the skill, the skill not give the second hit, thanks this i can't knockdown the opponent char in pvp.

I've already tested all and already i've compared the skill params with other databases, but all is in order.
