Map Completion:
- Price depends on Seller(100-200Euro (means 0-100%)
- Time it can take is 5 days - 2 weeks
PvE/PvP Wings:
- this should be safe. you only need to take a look at the reputation and Price of the Seller.
i can advice

for PvE you will find a few Seller but i dont know their Service well.
Ascended gear Farming:
- Depends on what you have. Means do you have any 500 crafting option unlocked ?
- the fastest Way is to buy / get Gold and buy the materials.
for Vision Crystal i can advice WvW for Ascended Material Farming.
if you dont want to spend Gold you can find all infomration where to get the Materials on the guild wars 2 wiki.
Gold Seller:
-BEWARE: many "professional" gold sellers are Marked as RMT ( Real Money Trader ). you CAN get banned from buying gold form them. ( first ban 24h , second ban 36 h, third ban permanent ). Try to buy gold from "private sellers" but avoid getting scamed by looking on the reputation of the sellers here AND ALLWAYS REQUEST A TRADE.
