[Release] Weapon Action3DEffect Generator

This app is used for generate the weapon motion for Action3DEffect.ini(useful for bulk add weapon)

Requirement:
- Computer
- This Application
- Net Framework 3.5

How to Use:
- Launch App
- Put at least 6 digit of weapon id as example 410240
- Click Generate
- Copy the text and paste to your Action3DEffect.ini

i found this error..how to fix this?

c3 file not exists or corrupt

create texture // isn't this should be .dds?
