How do you connect to the internet? wifi? direct? Is it a freeze or a lag?
Without giving some details no one will be able to diagnose it for you... I suggest to click windows key + R and then write there "cmd /k ping 8.8.8.8 -t"
Then play with this window in the background and when this happens again minimize your game, click ctrl+c to stop the pinging and then copy & paste the text from this black window to here
