Hi i`m wondering does anyone know any enchanting bug or program that could help me enchant safely (armor and weapon).I`m playing on private interliude server.

No such bug for a long time... it's been patched and patched over and over again on every decent server out there. But don't loose hope, as long as there are bugs in the game, there will always be exploits.
