LOL? wtf is this. IDk probably they do seem like npc horses or something check the npc text files in media and set service to zero.

What you mean this horse not walk if i need remove it need to restart the game

Might be just a troll scroll. For instance, you are able spawning NPCs (like the ones inside cities, regular and shop NPCs) and leave them there, till the game server restarts.

Yes when i restart gameserver its gone but some 1 do it again xD
