alot of problems. only thign that works right is the crafting recipes. everything else is broken .

there is no l2player 0.4, if someone tolds you that ts rumors. you have to hex engine.dll

If you are playing on a L2J server, then this was fixed in there recent build. :(

I have nor error, it's just that when I replace the engine.dll and lunch l2.exe, I can't connect, when I enter login and password (they work perfectly when lunched with l2player) nothing happens.

Same for me, i enter login and pass and nothing happens.

Ok I have done my homeworks ;) Here we go :
First, status on the web page is fucked up ! It quiet always shows "down" but it's "up".
I can connect with L2player without any problem.
For the ip, I can't ping it also, they have maybe a protection against "ping flood attack".

Connection log :
70.85.171.52 ----------L2.ini (ip from l2.ini)
70.85.171.52:2106 ---L2Player.exe (login without problem)
70.85.171.52:2106 ---L2.exe, the one in the server patch (can't login)
+++++++++++++ ----With original L2.exe (from L2Install_C3) [with or without modded engine.dll and nwindows.dll] I have an error : "file corrupted, please make full check"
+++++++++++++ ----With the L2.exe from your last link, I have an error : "General Protection fault"

I'm giving up from the moment. One thing you should know, the admin from my server is the guys (one of the two actually) who made L2player.exe. So even if a crack is found, he will make a new one, harder to crack ...
I'm playing since last years there, and it has been a real pain in the ass to cheat there, always new patch against L2walker and other exploit, I'm a bit tired
