180 is the latest that will work without heavy modification.
You could use 128 if you want mocha simplifications as that was removed in the later versions.

what's mocha simplification?

Basicly does t hings like make you transform into yourself (i.e no change in the look of your character) Also does things like character simplifying and monster simplifying. It applies the "dummy" robe look to whatever you have enabled.

Instead of characters appearing in robes during simplification/minimization, they don't render at all. You'll just see floating weapons (which looks mighty cool then a bunch of people are around, like when Dragons spawn). It helps minimizing the crushing when there's high volumes of people around (like when Dragons spawn).

They only appear as weapons if your dummy robes have been modded to be invisable, was a mod released a long time ago. But i believe if that file was removed from the data folder, it would show them in the dummy robes.

--to tell if you have the invisable dummy robe mod --
while logged into mabinogi press the symbol at the bottom left, go to options, performance, and check the performance option relating to simplifying other characters, then set the min frame rate to max, and if other people turn invisable, then you have the mod, located in data/gfx/char/human/male/robe/ i believe

Uh, try out the Mocha Simplification option. There are times where I can accept I am wrong, this is not one of them.

Checkbox is correct, with jinsu v128 mocha simplification makes characters, monsters, npcs, invisable with only thier names showing when minimize is activated. My bad ^^ i must've been thinking of something else.

Though the enemies, npcs and other characters do use the dummy robe pmgs ONLY if you check the simplify characters, npcs, and monsters but do NOT check the mocha simplification. it's kinda weird actually to see monsters using and distorting the dummy robe. (have to delete any modded dummy robes in gfx/char/human/male and female, and the giant male and female folders)

-Note if mocha simplification is checked, along with the rest then Checkbox is indeed correct.
