Do NOT SPAM HIM. If you continue writing him he will simply block you, he might have already done that because of your last message. I'd advice you to create a new skype account and try again, he WILL come back to you, but only if you do not spam him. :)
It takes some time, I've waited 4 days for the initial response, just be lucky to be online when he writes you and you will have your hack ready within 15 minutes.

I am just curious. What did you expect when you thought about writing this?
That he will feel awful and that he will have to give you the hack in order not to have bad publicity or sth? He doesnt give a s....t. His work and his work only is enough to have the people that appreciate him, on his side.

As SilkasyExa already said, this is not the right place for such a complaint. We can't help you if another member doesn't respond to you as fast as you would like him to — even if he doesn't respond to you ever, that's not really a rule violation.
Anyway, I hope you'll get your answers one day. :p
