I want to use only auto queue bot without script.Ban risk?

I want to use auto queue bot without any scripts or autoplay programs.

Can i get ban for this?

legendary bot worked well for me w/h ban but ofc you can get banned for it.
most public tools are ez to detect cuz of signatur scanning.

any 3rd party will lead to ban with rito
