Neuz crashing

Can anyone guide me into where I should start to get this error fixed?

It happens when I enter the server after entering the 2nd password.

you tried do change something with the lord system?

Did you tryed to run the Neuz in debug mode?

The Neuz points to an Access Violation on CCandidate but it could be a Theme Error.
Did you made any changes to Windows / ResData?
