I have a VPS (RDP) and i need someone to help me making SRO server, we will be partner in it and he will be a GM with me.

Okay you tell "i need help to make a server" but free? You need schedule all the features to your server and no one works for free, there's a lot of info about how to make a pserver you should learn It yourself. i am sure more than one guy Will require more than 300 dollars for one thing they learned for free, Maybe in this same forum
