Where is the problem ?

I have a problem please help. At the begining we have fixed IP and SMC bug. But now I have a new and bigger problem. Someone that I banned before can still enter the game although I fixed SMC and block all the known ports. I delete his user ID from the user table but he is taking a new ID, unblock his chars then enter and play with his old chars. I couldn't find how and from where he is doing this. Please help.

Deleting account and chars might fix the problem :)

actually it seems he is exploiting you with a way i can check it myself via team viewer if you want contact me with a private message.
