Not Loading Plugin SMC_Independent Help

I'm have Loading with Admin account To SMC_Independent But it not loading

redownload smc and try again
or make sure that you got all of the plugins which are 17 plugin atm
also check ServiceManager ip
if everything was fine and it didn't work let me know again !
