You have to edit each line like:

INSERT INTO `item_proto` VALUES ('Hier die ID', 'Name +0 ', 'Name +0', '1', '0', '0', '2', '32', '1', '16', '', '30000', '100', '7221', '19', '0', '5', '1', '80', '0', '0', '7', '15', '17', '2', '0', '0', '0', '90', '110', '5', '67', '117', '-1', '-1', '-1', '-1', '-1', '-1', '0', '3', '-1');

Then u can add it with navicat to ur database.
