Hi,

I'm questioning, if I start a new account. Since I didn't find any thread like this I wanted to know what are the prices for brazilian payment and russian payment...

The cheapest permanent payment is Russian and thats about -45 or 50% off price,
the cheapest payment is Hungarian which is about -55% or 60% off price but is not permanent.

I dunno about Brazilian 1.

I had Bulgarian payment. Only once I paid from German IP and it switched to German payment. Now I pay from Bulgarian IP but my acc still has German payment. Is German payment permanent?

Yes. It's permanent. Useless to switch the IP.

Is there any solution to switch on cheaper payment (Bulgarian or Russian) and stay permantent? Would pay good money for a solid solution.

idk why but i had russian, brasilian and hungary payment for a very long time since 2-3 years.
I have to say that I made a hungary paypal and always banked with hungary VPN and currency. Never changed. But when my VPN fucked up and i got German IP, it changed xD. So it depens on your IP and maybe on Paypal too but IP 100% sure.
Anyways I have brasilian payment since 3 years on many accs, and it never changed just like russian.
I prefer to use brasilian :) Thats my experience (never use HUF) brasilia best <3
