How to:Secure client

Can anyone tell me how to encrypt or secure ur client of getting leeched or copied? Im not talking about packing it up only.

Im talking even if people unpack it they still cant do shit with the files.

How can this be realised?

if u dont want 2 pack then in share folder add a lot of mistakes 2 some of the csv files, it will keep a lot of noobs away from leeching and i do not mean mess up the main part of those csv. If you have experience with server u will kno what im talking about :p

dummy folders an stuff I could tell you what I mean but that would give away a big part of my client Lol

I managed to leeched infernal dekaron share files. It works for me with no error. They got A7 skills and some neat features. Thanks to infernal.

Im moderate experienced at it as im working on my server need to release it soon but i want to protect vs leechers.

If u would be so kind can u tell me a few hints or tips that i can use to better secure it?

Encrypt it, then add the decryption to the dekaron.exe.

pack it after this use the depacker in the dekaron.exe ?? OMG ??

you need to make it DIV folder :S data.hd or somethink after this can any one depack it in 1 - 2 weeks after found the depacker

or you buy a packer 1000 - 10 000 Dollar
and its saved 4 Eva i think ! :S with pass etc . :S i think !

No i mean what i said lol, make some encryption (whatever you want) and encrypt the files. Then add the decryption for that in your dekaron.exe.


Also what packer costs $10,000 lol?

Well first you just have to workout what encryption you wanna do (your algorithm). Then once you've got that you can either build a simple application to just read the files then encrypt them with your encryption. Or you could do it by hand, but i wouldn't recommend doing that (it would take a very long time depending how many files). Then you just need to add the decryption to the dekaron.exe, and all the files in the dekaron.exe get loaded by ReadFile(), so you should probably add it soon after there.

u can encrypt them with any encryption prog but u better use one of which u know the algo its using. And about adding a decryption algo to the dekaron.exe. Ur too low to do that so just forget it.

Just forget is not my motto,i want to learn this and apply this to my client.

are you able to add to dekaron.exe reading encypted files? If so how?

Im currenty reading and searching on google and lmfao now i know why there txt files in dekaron folder with strange characters and stuff ,always taught it has something to do with bad translation wich is just a bunch of encrypted files :D

Use olly and go to the ReadFile() functions (there's a few of them, ether do it to all of them or only the one that is used for the files you want encrypted) then soon after that call, add a call to your decryption. Then add you decryption code.

As for some .txt files that have strange characters it doesn't necessarily mean they're encrypted. It could just be because they are meant to be viewed in korean (or another language).

You could code a routine in the dekaron.exe that XORs every byte in the packfile with a number (easiest one) or the you could XOR every byte with a custom table located in the dekaron.exe. The routine should be implemented somewhere in the load function of the packfile. There are multiple ways :)...

Or you can modify the dekaronserver.exe or others server sided exe files then edit your dekaron.exe file from client by adding or changing the way how packets will be sent with your custom encryption and decryption for packets :)
