How to hack private instances (dungeons, etc.)?

Just curious what types of hacks are there that could make it easier to solo a private dungeon instance (like fractal level 100), or personal story instance. Are there godmodes, or hacks that give you buffs? Could I clip underground to make it so enemies can't attack me but I can still attack them? What is client-sided and what is server-sided in GW2?

Position, collision and such are client side, but health, gear, loot, and such is now all stored server side

As long as you don't teleport long distances or claim rewards too frequently you're pretty much free to do whatever you want.
