-Operating System: Windows 8.1 64 Bit Genuine (eligible for free Windows 10 upgrade, I have the update on the desktop ready to go)

No its not good. All parts are very old and not so strong. You wont be able to play any modern game with decent graphics quality and payable FPS.

No.
- Very old and bad CPU
- Old Graphic Card. For Minecraft Vanilla or CS:GO ok. But not for modern Triple A titles
- The rest looks ok. But nothing really special.

The Hard drives are probably the most valuable components in that PC. If this PC is pre-owned you do not know how old the HDDs are (320GB IMO sounds pretty old). If the 2TB HDD it is worth something around 60 - 80$. If it is old it is something like 20$.

Nevertheless I would not even consider buying that computer. It is not good and thanks to the processor and graphic card I would not spend more than 40$ to 50$ for that brick.

Yea. But Combat Arms is far away from being a "modern game". It is from 2007.
