Navicat schneller machen?

Hi, es gibt ja ein Trick um Navicat schneller zu machen
mann muss /etc/rc.d/netif restart eingeben mein problem ist ich weiß nicht genau wo ich das schreiben soll ? Kann mir das einer sagen?

geb in vpc ein -etc-rc.d-netif restart

okay einfach for mcncc# ??? wenn ich das mache kommt immer network stopping und dann kommt nochnmal mcncc# ? Ist das Normal
