New Vouchers?

I'm a new player and I was wondering if there are any vouchers I can use?

Also how do you get the fire drake, I don't know where the bestiary is anymore lmao.

And for the cannon balls that come out when shooting down ships, how do you get more to fire (just a graphic question).
