Well, if you know if it's possible, why do you ask? As long as you don't steal it / scam it from someone... No there isn't a normal possibility to get the Founders Pack 4 free.

Actually it's possible thru Steam. You can buy Paladins Crystals, Founders Pack, etc and just use "Send as Gift" option and just send it to someone's steam account and they can apply it to their Paladin's account.
