Able to boost on NA is a + but not required.
Able to boost on 3v3 is a + but not required.
Having a main account to prove your elo is a + but not required.
Having low elo smurfs to boost other clients in DuoQ, is not necessery for now, but I will be expecting you to get your own in time. (I can help with that)
Im expecting that you will have a microphone and will be happy to take an interview via skype.
Im expecting that you can perform your job on diamond duoQ in a timely manner.
