Um... technically it is for "coding"...

Dreamweaver supports ASP.net which is a webbased version of C#...to a degree, you could write source with it, but compiling, running and debugging is a completely different matter, Dreamweaver would not be able to correctly compile it (if at all, i doubt it would even try), or debug it.
