Long story short the only way I can pay for something is sending a guy money to his credit card number.
He is from Russia and has no other way of getting the money, and apparently its normal over there to just send money to cc.
Does anyone know of a service that allows for paypal/bank transfer or any other way of sending money to his visa card?
I know he is not a scammer and he is the only one with the software I need.
