SJSRO Problem

Hi guys:
In order to play SJSRO I need to create the account..
Due to this page [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] it says register is ONLINE but I cant even open it..
Any idea?
When can I register then?
BTW: SJSRO Laggs as hell like SWSRO?

It's a mistake : The image say "Online" just because the website is alive and respond to "Ping request". But it doesn't mean at all that registration are open.

I can't tell you when the registration will be ON again. And i played on SJSRO yesterday and i wasn' lagging at all.
