Is it possible to remove the checks for cooldown on FH or FS or even Trans?

Tried it for FH, and it simply kept saying "0 seconds left til cooldown ends", but it wouldn't let me use it until my usual cooldown was over. FS is the same as FH, so it's not possible for FS, either. With trans, same thing.

Well, actually, I saw a person with unlimited trans (Holy Knight) in Ruairi BEFORE hackshield screwed over most mods.
Point is that the guy didn't detrans at all. And I kept checking like 5 minutes to make sure.
