That won't be possible. I tried to adjust the Pegasus walking/flying animation, with no success, since the *.ban files are like any other encrypted/secured file.
Without having joymax's knowledge about their software backend or owning the pre-set application itself, you won't be able editing them easily on the go.
If it would be that easy, people would have created new *.efp and *.ban files already, making entirely new skills without recycling existing files.
Or you try to back-engineer the shizzl, like some people did with the *.o2 map cluster and navmesh.
