Luck never really increased the physical attack itself. It just increases the "Shooting Attack Power, Critical Hit Rate, Critical Damage and Critical Evasion Rate."

1 Luck basicly adds 0.3 to ranged normal damage... Nothing you really see on your own stats by pressing "T".

Anyway i didnt see any EP 6.4 Server yet having the DEX / LUC working. Good Luck tho.

It is true, but coming to a fix it is possible, by reworking the evasion rate, or just add a new one.

So, a "fix" would be 'keep the luc low on items and lapis' ?
