[GUIDE] Filezilla correct setup

06/27/2017 02:38 B1Q#1

here's a guide i made to help someone in the "ask the experts" section.
hopefully you'll find it useful.

for the user used in "client" side "type.txt"

now moving on to the ShardManager user "server.cfg"
we will create a new user using the same guide above
but... we will give this user "delete" permission look at the picture below
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

hh is the user i used for the client it doesn't have "delete" permissions to the gay folder

shard is the user i used for the ShardManager in "server.cfg" it does have "delete" permissions to the gay folder

next is allowing the ports in the firewall

you could try allowing the port 21 to the firewall, however, if that doesn't work (emblem doesn't display)
add a new "Program" rule in your Firewall to allow Connections to the Filezilla Server.exe

tested.

type.txt

PHP Code:
Language "Vietnam"
Country "Vietnam"
GameType "Silkroad_TestIn"
MarkFTPAddr "id:PW@127.0.0.1"
MarkFTPPath "/SRO_CREST/"

remove the slashes.

Code:
Language = "Vietnam"
Country = "Vietnam"
GameType = "Silkroad_TestIn"
MarkFTPAddr = "hh:123123@127.0.0.1"
MarkFTPPath = "SRO_CREST"
you can remove SRO_CREST if you want to upload to the root directory.

EDIT: nvm looks like the shardmanager doesn't even delete the guildmark LOL

i'm still getting this error [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] whenever i try to register a new guildmark after deleting my previous one.
