How to Change Message's when log into Server-Candy DB

Hello does anyone know how i can change the messages when I log into the server? for example when i log into the server since its the candy client and db it says " Welcome "playername" to Candy-Online" or visit
" candy site name here" anyone know how i can change those? i have already changed everything in the StrRes.ini file and it still says that if someone can help me it will be very much apprieciated :)

did you do a ctrl H and replace all the Candy-Online with your servers name?

go to cq_action then ctrl+f just type candy & click Find Next, u can see what u find. If i dont wrong, data=2000(all startup msg like [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] to candy & bla.. bla.. ) if GM broadcst data=2011 ( like announced: ... ) sorry if i wrong.. :D

Actually the very first welcome message in the top left when logging on is a hard coded messaged in the msg.exe

no..its message come from db..im also use candy db..(have been modified)
just now i dont know what to put at announced:p

u can modified them..log o your id as PM then see the action id..go to navicat cq_action find that id u see:)

then there are files in the client folder with text in (not sure anymore how those files called)

in 1 of those files are a bunch of text where you will find that text in (i think it is welcome message or play.txt or so)

i wish i could say where it was and in what file , but i cant :s
but its in the folder where you put oem.dat in

change it and see if it helps

but that goes over the loading screen

In the below image, the text in a black box is the hard-coded message MaC is talking about. The text in the red box is in your cq_action.

its located in MSG server..need to hex editing..
