Do a search for cq_config and you will find all you ever wanted and more about "instant hatch." It is not limited to VIP 7 nor is it necessarily configured to VIP 7 on every database you may come across.

I did read the topic, and if you translate the chinese thats in the desc column, it would tell you exactly what the id, type does. So before you start getting smart and not knowing anything, think. Common sense would make running/attempting to run an eo server easy.

I haven't degraded yet, but I could if you so wished. And everyone who posted almost six months ago helped as much as anyone else could. There are topics on the forums that explain what you need to change.
Do a search in the cq_config for VIP it will tell you. Then in the data1 column it has numbers, those are the number of seconds needed to hatch. That is all the information I will give you. Running a server isn't about coming to pvpers every time you encounter an error, Trial and Error will fix most things in the server files.
