Twin City Upgrading?

I recently bought a level 110 shield, thinking I could just upgrade it at WeaponMaster for a DB. But when I got there.. I realized he doesn't do shields over level 110.

Would it be worth it to try TC? This is alot to ask (and I don't really expect this to exist), but does anyone know of a chart or something that could tell me the chances of upgrading an item in TC (based on level and quality)?

Anything +3 or more is likely to take more mets. Super is obviously going to take more than elites. I've used two mets to get something to 120 (IIRC), where as I have also spent 60 mets getting something up. It's all random and luck. Use lucky time.

However, I don't know of a chart.

I can tell you from experience that in the long run it is cheaper to
always upgrade in TC, but it can be more expensive on a one time deal.

So if you always upgrade in TC you should come out ahead.

i think the opposite because you would have to invest money into repairing after every failed attempt.

and once the item reaches a certain lvl mets wont go into the item in tc.

You can try with Meteors at TC though there is always a chance of failing which costs silvers (Gold) and the dura of an item can become lower.
Succes guarenteed on Market with a Dragonball though expensive.
I'd say take your chances in TC, i had an upgrade done with 1 Meteor.

There is no chart or special trick to do so, pure random.
