Requesting feedback for Pservers

Old CO player here (2008-09). I have some free time on my hands to play and these are the things I'm looking for in a pserver:

1) Most be EU based
2) Decent population
3) No p2w
4) Grinding is fine (just not 1month and still not be able to do anything)
5) Classic
