Login Screen

How do I edit the login screen?
The one that pops up when you click on Conquer.exe and it says "DarksideCo"?
How can I edit that?

Why is it a program that converts it?
I need to edit and and design it for my server.
Once I convert it will I be able to open it with photoshop?

Most definitely once its a file format photoshop recognizes you should be good to go.

if you mean the startup screen that says DarksideCO, its a file in the client.
In data>main folder...its a .bmp image so u can edit it with whatever program u want, file names are Logo1.bmp and Logo2.bmp

depends on which source it is. New patches have a flash login screen (the really fucking annoying one with music that I Have to remember to turn off everytime I install it)

To edit that login screen you need a program to edit the flash files.

For the old (5017) login screens you can edit it with photoshop/paint (you will still run into issues with the .dds images of characters being pasted on top unless you remove them properly)

The editable flash files, remember to search in future please.

For dds files you need some plugins.
Or you can use paint.NET
and then install DDS_Viewer [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
The dds_viewer does so you can look the dds files in folders.
Just install it and you are done
