i need to ask about add new Coins with id to make it apply to exchange with item In Npc its can be ?



Like
128 = Iron Coin
256 = Silver Coin
512 = Gold Coin
1024 = Arena Coin

is there any idea to add new Coins with Number like this Coins?

No, you cannot add new coins without having the source-code, since those values are hardcoded, like the beginner quests, inventory quests, potion reuse delay, etc.
The only possible (newbish) method: renaming unused coin types and reuse them for another purpose.
