Players in PUBG have a different method of loading than the environment, something you can see when scoping quickly in with an x4 scope, and quickly zooming out again.
Until they fix this, simply remove the opacity on all other objects than the players, or simply give them transparent textures (Both can be done with a little RE skills and googling)
