Anti lag sofware..

Firstly..this is not my own release..u will find it in another forum..im take this for all Owner of EOPServer if u are using hamachi etc2..trust me this will help your server and from complaining from your player..

I used this software to avoid as much lag I had earlier and this helped me a lot.

I found it worth sharing with you all...

Here's software to make your game smoother ==>>

Game Booster is designed to help optimize your PC for smoother, more responsive game play in the latest PC games with the touch of a button. It works by temporarily shutting down background services, cleaning RAM, and intensifying processor performance to make your Gaming less lag and more smoothly.

Please follow these steps to install and make it work properly:

1. Download Game Booster.rar (attached with my post)
2. Unzip in desktop
3. Open gbsetup.exe
3. Install Game Booster
4. Open Game GameBooster.exe
5. Click Gaming Mode
6. Wait for it to shutting down background service cleaning RAM, etc
7. Play your game without lag

well , if you start over optimizing

then i can suggest a few of those programs

and 1 program special design for optimizing internet speed , cpu speed and ram (o yea , download speed goes up with a max of 200% to , but thats a minor :d)

the program is called

tune up utilities (2009)

and as vista user on a wirless network you can use VAL (vista anti lag)

for the rest there are a few programs like ram booster to clean up your ram , but thats all included in the program i told before

please note , tune up utilities is not freeware and i dont going give links to "working" versions

just wanted to let you know that you can use it if you got problems with everything

ps: disable your virus scanner , then you dont have that mutch trouble anymore with mutch cpu usage :D

for the rest , Thank you for sharing the program to the other users :D , dint try it out yet but it seems nice (if i read the explanation)

no software can speed up your internet connection, what a bunch of nonsense...
you can just tweak some settings, but that's not speeding your link or hardware in any way...

so what is the ctfmon.exe..?? im playing crazy shooter online in my country..so lag..then look im look at the task manager what the hell exe running(maybe virus) but after im use this software its stop the ctfmon.exe and my game no lagg anymore:)

the speeding up are indeed registery tweeks and it tweaks your tcp/ip conection and package size depinging on your modem

if the settings are done right then it can speed up to a max of 200%

same as the time out and the response requests

so basicly , the software tweaks it for you and that makes it go faster

same as mem cleaning
it disable a lot of settings so less memory get used (so you get a remote desktop vieuw , only a few colors , blue background , a lot of processes that are terminated , a lot of processes that doesnt booth up anymore and so on)

basicly you can do it on your own to , but to safe time and to prevent that you do something wrong are there programs that does it for you

so if you look at everything , then it is the program that speeds it up because the program takes care of it

and for the hardware, there is 1 program that prevent crashing and it is proven that it works for 95%

madhound anti crash (or something like that)
its a old program but it realy prevent game crashes , witht hat program i could play games that even refuse to booth up
but when i got a crash then , then it was a realy big crash and then you need to restart your pc

but thats not where we where talking over

so your right forcer , no program can speed up , they can only tweak instead that you need to manual tweak it
and if the program tweaks it then its the program that speeds it up

a good example is VAL (vista anti lag)
it tweaks your settings to for wirless conections
it prevent the high lagspike you get every XX min (ping 70 X 10 and then a ping of 9999 and back 70 X 10 )

but close the program and the tweaks are going , so its the program that optimize it and prevent lagspikes

with speeding up we mean that you can see inprovements of the speed
so tweaking settings shows inprovement
so it helps then , or you need ot do everything manual and need to spend a lot of time :S

Can be a virus. But is most likely the process for WinWord it has something to do with fonts if I remember right.

Have you ever try msconfig and setting it to boot only the things needed to run Windows? By setting it to so only the needed programs to run window and the drives for the computer can help your computer run faster. Plus you don't have all the unneeded/unwanted things running. Don't forget to change performance settings.

As for a program that makes your internet speed faster, I would have to agree with forcer. Those programs don't really help you download faster or upload faster. The moden, rams, sometimes the video card, internet company, as for time you download/upload is what plays a big roll.

Don't be so quick to believe that there is a program out there to do all these things for you. Sometimes you're just better off looking up how to improve your computer perfomance without all the programs they got out there. :rtfm: <---<<< Reading never kill nobody... nobody I know about anyway >.<

or atleast it dit for me before (2007 or 2006 )

but that where the old days
with slower internet and modem and so , but then it helped to inprove up to 200%

not sure if it still does the same , times are changed and the traffic incrased a lot and the speed to

so not sure if you can even see a difference , the only difference you will feel for sure is if you change the settings in the register to a higher value , so it doesnt preserve traffic for windows update (windows keeps 20% for his own for updates) and a little tweaking the tcp/ip settings and it will be fine to

but for me it doesnt help anymore , got to mutch speed to even feel a difference betwean them

Windows updates... umm I pick which ones to download. I think those hotfix updates are just a scam when they don't give you any details as to what it is meant to fix.

well , they say what they update
but then you need to search for the kb code and you know exactly what they update

but thats only anounced at the windows update site :D

Live this had anything to do with gamebooster.rar. If anything I'll admit ctfmon.exe is random however he only wanted to know if it was a normal background program or was it a virus. That said does make it apart of the topic b/c gamebooster deals with BACKGROUND PROGRAMS and that being one of them. Windows Updates ALSO RUNS IN THE BACKGROUND. As for download speed I'm not getting into that on account that not only was it random but the whole boost download by 200% sounds like scam to me.

Just something to think of... your post was just as random and has nothing to do with anything. Want something to do then yell at the noobs that keep spaming topics that been answer and they're to lazy to just use the search bar. You can tell them IT'S 2010 GOOGLE IT MOFO YOU KNOW HOW TO USE IT?
