i think that 2 is flag.. or something like that... can someone explain whats that number? or what flag mean?

And.. can someone explain what that flag mean? sory about double post but if i not post again i think nobody will help with this :D

I try to edit a NPC who sell super gems like sdg, srg, spg, sgg, SThunderG... and i want to add more gems like svg, sfg, skg.. ok i did it, no errors .. but when i want to check that NPC in game.. not work.. then all npcs.. break...
