Shaiya Anarchy Ep 4.5 (15.06)

Hey everyone!

First of all, me and my team decide to remake the server and change the Episode since the 6.3 with the bases we wanted didn't run as we thought it would...

Anyway in this Ep 4.5, we make just some minors changed from the Original one, like:

- , instant Level ( for any char still leveling and dont want to make a new char Exp rate:100k);
- Any new char starts with Free Legend Gear clean and lvl45 ele weapons;
- Starter runes (Exp rune, PID, CRR, etc) free;
- Fortune bags: (Fortune coins, Lapis lvl5-6, Elements lvl1, Goddess, Ops);
- Personalized AH;
- No debuffs and Nostrums;
- Some small features to make the game experience more appealing
- Goddess Helmets added to CT bosses;
- Events made very often;

Working on it, won't take much more time to fix it

and the website is literally the worst thing i had to go on :) so mind fixing that
