Because they're all scammers lol, either you get invited for a Invite-only Cheat or it's basically impossible to get Hands on a undetected PUBG Cheat. The only other Way is a Private Coder, good Luck with that.

Only the Admins of these Groups can invite you, buying yourself Invited Accounts from other Users will get you banned on their Website because of the ip+hwid change ;)
