In Guild Wars Heroe’s Ascent, people Bot with 20-40 Accounts for like 24hours a day and nobody cares. People in Kamadan or other cities have Chat-Bots who Spam 24/7 for her Guild-Wars-Shops. There are so many bots around and nobody cares about a ban.
So I start a support ticket on Saturday with nearly the same question (a bit more nice phrased) @ Arena.net Support but no respond so far.
