Happy error

Hello, I would like to know why every time I try to login to my admin account, does this box appear? can anybody help me?

- TCTRL is offline.
- Wrong Port (default is 3616).
- Wrong IP , ID , Password.
- Use old version Happy.

The TCRL is online the id and password are correct and already tried some different versions of happy and both give this same problem
