xD seems pretty fake but if you used the uridium glitch which actually isnt a glitch
but screwing up with real life informations and money etc.
they could sue you but I think they wouldnt tell you exactly

Actually, that's stealing, think that BP is a company that makes money with that, if you go to a shop, take the product and don't pay for it, you can surely go to jail.

Well if you used something like proxy or VPN, you should be totally fine if your account didn't have any of yours personal info on it. Even if you didn't use any kind of anonymization tool or service, you should be fine. BP is not going to call FBI. They just propably wanted to scare you or maybe even you giving it back to them. You shouldn't be worried. :)

People saying you're going to jail are wrong , if the company ever had to do that it would cost them more , than just ignoring what what happened .
This happends only for cases with high ammounts of money stolen , where it could actually be worth it to the company to recover the stolen money
Also most of the time virtual bought items aren't really covered by justice like a phisical object , it's mostly the company itself that handles this stuff .
TLDR :
Worst thing that can happen , is : you get your account banned , you get IP/HWID/MAC Blocked and you can't play darkrobit anymore using the same internet connection .
You will not go to jail .
