100e psc for 80e Skrill

Hi everyone,i have a 100e psc ita pin blocked (because i tried to use while i was on a internet shop),i bought today and ill sell for 80e over skrill,ill send first only to trusted treader,thanks!

Call PSC hotline service and try to get the PIN.

They will refund by bank tanfer in 1 week and i just dont want to wait,ill sell for 75 to the first who is interessed and ill send first to trusted person

Yes because i just can't unblock but is really easy to do that.

yeah you just need your ID-Card and a Photo from the Coupon. The Location where you boght it...the reason why it is blocked...
And then you have 0 0 0 TBM and just want 80Euro for it? Dude you can sell it for 50Euro... Paysafecard most refund paysafecard's when you have a good reason.... But good luck!

I have 0/0/0 and? I wrote that i'm giving first to trusted user,so i dont see the problem,anyway maybe i found someone who can unlock that for me so np guys :)

I think someone else then you can't unblock it else you give him all informations about the card an the shop where you bought it and why it is blocked...

Yes very nice film but i have the fking card and i just cant call the hotline because i'm in Japan right now and when i try to call it just dont call,but anyway i think i've already solve that problem so thanks for nothing guys :D
