LF partner to start up a wow pserver

Hi,

I am interested to set up a wow private server for fun.

I have a server for testing and private use. We can share cost to bring up a live server if you want.

I know a bit of PHP/HTML
I know a bit of C#
I have used emulators before.

What I am looking for? someone that has basic knowledge of emulators and willing to have fun investing some time.
