Naoki Hamaguchi is going to take a job in a leading role within this new team. He said, that currently the development only made progress with the support of external partners. This is going to change now and Square Enix is going to take the leading role in the game development again. It seems like no external partner will be involved in this game development in the future.

During this change, Square Enix released a few job advertisements which let guess that the game development is in a pretty early state. Now we can only wait and see if this change ensure that the game development will make further progress soon.
