I was wondering if anyone has gotten the original PSGMTool.exe (It's in ShaiyaServerPatch/Agent/Update_ForGMTool)working? It's the one that came with the EP3 server files. There's a couple versions floating around, but none of them seem to be able to connect to the database. I've tried editing the IP's inside of the .exe with HxD along with changing a few things in the .ini's. I also tried a few other things, but nothing gets it to work. Has anyone else found a solution to it?

Open a notepad, put this into it : PSGMtool.exe /excute and then save it as a .bat file. Then execute the bat, it should start.

Yeah I figured that out, but it just doesn't connect to the database for some reason. That's the part I'm having trouble with. I get "GM Server connection fail" which prevents me from trying to log in.Quote:
